Our pasture-raised Cornish Cross broilers are lean and flavorful. We move them to fresh grass every 24 hours and process them at 58 days to provide a finished weight between 3.75-4.25 lbs. We do not include the neck, liver, or heart in our chicken for a true weight, and we raise our birds without the use of antibiotics or hormones.
